Agmo Holdings Berhad is collaborating with SNS Network Technology Berhad to introduce the first Digital Transformation as a Service for Generative Artificial Intelligence in Malaysia.

Under the MOU, Agmo Studio and SNS Network will explore potential collaboration opportunities and capitalise on their collective expertise and resources to introduce transformative DXaaS solutions tailored to meet the diverse needs of Malaysian businesses.

This strategic collaboration they said is poised to foster the exchange of technical expertise and industrial knowledge, paving the way for technological advancement and innovation within the Malaysian market. Both parties will jointly promote, market, and distribute DXaaS solutions to their respective client bases, aiming to maximise the adoption of digital transformation solutions across various sectors.

The collaboration with Agmo will enable SNS Network to expand its ICT system and solutions offering to include AI hardware and provide end-to-end solutions for its customers. Under the synergistic collaboration, SNS Network is to provide AI hardware such as the super AI server, AI infrastructure as well as AI-infra-as-a-Service to its customers while Agmo will develop the Generative AI software.
